Because many Atlantic Dome products are built to order and may ship by freight, return and refund eligibility depends on the product type and its condition.

Overview

This policy applies to purchases made through Atlantic Dome. If you have questions about a specific order, contact us before returning anything.

Eligible returns

Standard (non-custom) accessories may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if:

  • They are unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging.
  • All parts, manuals, and included items are returned.
  • The item is not marked final sale.

Non-returnable items

  • Custom-built or made-to-order items (including dome structures and custom components) are generally not returnable once production has started.
  • Digital products (including downloadable plans and documents) are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.

Freight delivery inspection

For freight deliveries, inspect your shipment at delivery. If there is visible damage to packaging or product, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos before opening.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Depending on the situation, we may provide replacement parts, a repair solution, a return, or a refund.

Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and your bank.

Shipping and fees

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  • If a return is approved, items must be packaged safely. Damage during return transit may affect eligibility.

How to request a return

  1. Email contact@atlanticdome.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide instructions (and a return address, if applicable).
  3. Do not send items back without authorization.
